Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Liberty Defender, we accept returns and exchanges. Please email us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date based on tracking information. Always take a moment to double-check your order upon receipt, as errors can occasionally occur.

For returns, items must have active tracking within 10 days of when the return label is issued. If tracking does not show movement within this timeframe, the return process will be voided, and the items will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or shop credit.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition as received. Items that do not meet this standard are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt to qualify for replacement. Please email hello@libertydefenderco.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We cannot replace items that have been washed or worn.

  • Only full-price merchandise is eligible for exchange or return. All sale, discounted, special offer, clearance items, gift cards, and customized orders are final sale and non-returnable.

  • We only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed directly through our website or through an invoice issued by a Liberty Defender team member.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an order, your refund or shop credit will exclude original shipping costs.

  • If the total value of your exchange exceeds the returned items’ value, we will invoice you for the difference.

  • Exchanges will not be processed until the return item has active tracking. Refund requests will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at our shop.

For all returns or exchanges, please contact customer service at hello@libertydefenderco.com and include:

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return or Exchange

  • Requested exchange item, if applicable

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, email us at hello@libertydefenderco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order Number

  • Photo of the received item and packing slip

  • Description of the issue (damaged or incorrect item)

We can only ship a replacement once the return label tracking is active. Any items being returned must show tracking activity within 10 days of the return label’s issue date. If tracking shows no movement, the return will be voided, and the items will no longer qualify for return, exchange, or credit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Liberty Defender is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they leave our warehouse. Package responsibility transfers to USPS, UPS, or FedEx after shipment. We recommend monitoring tracking information to anticipate delivery. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, contact the carrier or customer service at hello@libertydefenderco.com to file a claim if necessary.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
If your package is returned to us, we will contact you using the email provided with your order to arrange reshipment. A $5 reshipment fee applies. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will refund the order amount, less $5 for shipping.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled anytime before fulfillment. Once an order is fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, email hello@libertydefenderco.com with your order number and request for faster assistance.

REFUNDS
Refunds may take up to 15 business days to post to your original payment method. This timeframe depends on your payment provider.

  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as a gift card.

  • PayPal refunds will be issued to the original account.

  • Credit/debit card refunds will be sent to the original card.

EDITING OR UPDATING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses can be updated anytime before the shipping label is printed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Double-check your address before finalizing your order. To request an update, email hello@libertydefenderco.com with your order number and "URGENT" in the subject line during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm).

CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • In-stock items: Processing time is up to 14 days.

  • Preorder items: Estimated processing time is 4-5 weeks. Release dates can be confirmed on our website, in VIP groups on Facebook, or by emailing customer service at hello@libertydefenderco.com.

ORDER ISSUES
If we encounter any issues with your order, we will reach out via the email or phone number provided. If an item is out of stock, we will email you, and if we don’t receive a response within 5 days, we will refund the unavailable items and ship any remaining items.
